Embark on a transformative journey with our Yoga101 - 6 week series, designed to introduce you to the world of yoga in an inviting and inclusive environment. Each week we’ll explore the physical aspects of yoga - fundamental asana poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices. We’ll also examine how yoga encourages self-awareness, inner peace, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world around us. Props will be available and utilized so each person can explore their personal preferences in each pose. It’s our goal that you’ll complete the series feeling comfortable and knowledgeable enough to join any of our FLY classes. 

Although geared toward the true yoga beginner, those seeking to deepen their practice are also welcome. Join us for the entire series ($160) or drop in when you can ($29). Each class is limited to 12 people.

This series is led by Analisa Ortiz. Analisa knows what it’s like to be a true beginner and intimidated by yoga, which is why she’s so thrilled to offer this series. She reluctantly attended her first yoga class with a friend over a decade ago and since then her practice ebbed and flowed. After committing to a consistent practice in 2020, she doesn’t know why she waited so long. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2023 with the hopes of sharing the transformative power of the practice with others who, like she was, may be curious but don’t know where they fit in within the yoga world.
